One-to-one German Tuition (1.5 hours)
One-to-one German tuition is a good way to make quick progress if you want to learn to speak German. For advanced speakers, it’s a good opportunity to develop your language skills and build confidence. One-to-one German language classes are tailored to your needs, so you can focus on aspects of the German language that you need most help with.
One-to-one German lessons can be purchased by the hour (minimum booking 1.5 hours) at times that are convenient for you.
Tuition overview
- Each German lesson is built around your exact requirements. We will conduct a pre-courses analysis of your needs to guide the tuition structure. You can choose to focus on general or business language skills.
- Individual tuition is open to all levels, from German beginners through to advanced speakers.
- Minimum age is 16 years old.
- One-to-one German tuition can be provided at IH London or in-company.

Take the online German test
Take our online test to discover your language level and ability. When you arrive at IH London we will assess you in a first lesson (other languages) to ensure that you are studying with students of a similar level.
How We Teach
At International House London, we focus on communication and speaking, with student to student interaction being used rather than a more traditional lecturing approach. This makes our English and Modern Language courses both exciting and rewarding, with progress being made very quickly.
